Core Aeration
Core aeration is the mechanical process of pulling thousands of small soil plugs from the lawn. It relieves soil compaction and lets the root zone expand, allowing water and nutrients to reach deeper. It is typically done in the fall and is the perfect ground preparation for overseeding.
Seeding
Repair minor damage and strengthen your overall lawn with our premium seed blend. Our seed is endophyte enhanced, which means it is more resistant to stress from heat, insects and disease. Fall is the best time to overseed and should be done in conjunction with core aeration.
Pelletized Lime
Granular Compost
Lime corrects soil pH and lets fertilizer and weed control work more efficiently. We use a special blend of calcitic lime - it's five times more soluble and is available to the lawn four times faster than dolomitic lime. You'll see a faster and more effective response. It can be applied at any time during the year.
